Refund policy
Every Pro feature is free for 14 days before you buy, so you can try Peek Pro on your own work first. If it still isn't right for you after you buy, you can ask for a full refund.
Within 14 days
Ask within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@peekhq.app with the email address you bought with. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller and sends the refund to your original payment method.
What happens to your key
A refunded key stops working for Peek Pro. Peek keeps working on the Free plan, with every kind of secret removal and AI descriptions in every format.
After 14 days
If something is broken, write to us anyway. We'd rather fix it or sort it out than leave you with something that doesn't work.
